In many cases, we have exceeded customer expectations, like when one of our clients initially requested a top and bottom label applicator system with a top speed of 80 parts per minute and accuracy of plus or minus 0.5 millimeters.
Upon commissioning the machine, the customer requested to speed up the machine to 120 parts per minute to keep up with new production schedules. Our technician quickly and effortlessly worked on a solution to tune up the machine for a different speed rate. Within the day, the machine output was reconfigured to 180 parts per minute and still guaranteed the same label placement accuracy.
